29th International Symposium on Wireless Personal Multimedia Communications (WPMC)

The 29th International Symposium on Wireless Personal Multimedia Communications (WPMC 2026), taking place November 8-11 at Praiamar Natal Hotel & Convention in Natal, Brazil, is a premier global forum for wireless and multimedia communications research since 1998. This second Brazilian edition (following Recife 2010) features the theme “Toward Society 5.0: 6G, AI, Quantum Technologies, and Sustainable Green Connectivity Beyond 2030,” covering AI/ML-driven network control, next generation mobile network architectures, open networking, XR/edge computing/IoT convergence, and green networks. The event led by experienced chairs Augusto Neto and Roger Immich (organizers of SBrT 2025, SBRC 2025, IEEE NFV-SDN 2024, IEEE ISCC 2018, IEEE HealthCom 2014) will attract global keynotes, workshops, and industry leaders to boost Brazil’s 6G leadership in Latin America.
