What IF? will take you on a journey to explore how we can create change and cater to all spectrums, identities and disabilities, bringing inclusivity to the forefront of design.

What if organisations put DEI first? – Empathy and equity are essential in design, so we will look at how these values translate across organisations. If business owners and senior management put these values into action, organisations could become better beacons for their people internally and externally.
