Papers must be original and unpublished, and must not be submitted for publication elsewhere concurrently. Each paper must have at least 4 full pages with extra payment for extra pages. All accepted full papers will be published in conference proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirement, also submitted to EI compendex and Scopus for indexing.
