PitBullTax Beginners Tax Resolution Training Workshop

A tax resolution training workshop for CPAs, Enrolled Agents and Tax Attorneys who want to start working in tax relief services for their clients. The workshop will guide attendants on what a tax representation process includes; how to start by getting a letter of engagement, power of attorney and a Tax Information Authorization from the client; how to gather information about the case both from a client’s tax transcripts and questionnaires. On the following day, attendants will receive information about the different tax resolution options available and how to find the most suitable for each case. They will also receive know-how on how to use Collection Information Statements for individuals, request Penalty Abatements and carry out an Offer in Compromise. Finally, attendants will receive information on how to use a variety of tools to make their representation work fast and efficiently.
