Information Communication and Signal Processing have become essential technologies in our daily lives. The 6th International Conference on Information Communication and Signal Processing (ICICSP 2023) will be held in Xi’an, China on September 23-25, 2023. The conference is sponsored by Northwestern Polytechnical University (China), hosted by the School of Marine Science and Technology (Northwestern Polytechnical University).
