Fun with Algorithms 2024 (FUN 2024)

The Twelfth International Conference on Fun with Algorithms (FUN 2024) will be held in Island of La Maddalena, Sardinia, Italy, in June 2024, at Hotel Le Nereidi.

FUN is a series of conferences dedicated to the use, design, and analysis of algorithms and data structures, focusing on results that are “fun” but also original and scientifically solid. “Fun” can be defined in many ways: we think of fun results as being amusing or entertaining by their display of elegance, simplicity, surprise, originality, or wit. The topics of interest include all aspects of algorithm design and analysis under any computing model. For more details please check CFP: Fun w. Algorithms.

This year, FUN will also host the Computer Science Salon des Refusés (CSSR 2024) as a separate track. It aims to be a “salon” in two senses of the word: First, “salon” as an exhibition of ideas in Computer Science that in their infancy were rejected from a major venue but later proven to be highly influential, and second “salon” as a meeting of convivial people getting together to share both amusement and learning.
