In our dynamic ‘Run the Bank Simulation’, participants run a simulated banking operation designed to explore your bank’s key business divisions. They experience first-hand the key performance indicators, the customers and services that each business function provides, and how each business area drives the overall performance of your bank.
The event will be led by Noopur Agarwal, Senior Consultant Trainer at MDA Training. Noopur brings over 14 years of experience, drawn from a mix of working in various financial institutions and the training industry. She will be joined by other members of our training team to help facilitate the event and demonstrate our experiential and engaging approach to learning.
