The IEEE International Workshop on Measurements and Applications in Veterinary and Animal Sciences (MeAVeAS) aims to discuss with all the aspects of interactions among the worlds of the instrumentation and measurement, bio-engineering, material science, chemical and biological measurements, and the veterinary medicine field. The Workshop enables researchers, veterinarians and technicians to exchange ideas and information, make connections and collaborations and update innovation on health care systems and diagnostics in veterinary medicine. MeAVeAS aims to gather people who work in developing instrumentation and measurement methods for the veterinary medicine. Attention is paid, but not limited to, new technology for monitoring the health of animals, metrology-assisted production in food industry, sensors and associated signal conditioning for the veterinary medicine, and calibration methods for electronic test and measurement for veterinary medicine applications.

IEEE International Workshop on Measurements and Applications in Veterinary and Animal Sciences (MeAVeAS) is technically sponsored by IEEE. The proceedings  of this conference are likely to be indexed in  renowned databases such as Scopus, Web of Science (WoS), Google Scholar, and many others.
