International Conference on Renewable Energies and Smart Technologies (REST)
The International Conference on Renewable Energies and Smart Technologies (REST) is a platform for researchers, engineers, and practitioners to exchange knowledge and ideas related to renewable energies, including solar, wind, hydro, geothermal, and biomass energy, as well as smart technologies, such as energy storage, smart grids (data, AI, IoT and services), and energy efficiency. The conference promotes developing and deploying sustainable energy solutions while addressing the challenges and opportunities in achieving a sustainable energy future. REST also emphasizes the importance of a just energy transition, ensuring that the net-zero transition is equitable and benefits all members of the society, including marginalised communities. By incorporating the principles of a just transition, REST aims to promote solutions that are environmentally, socially and economically sustainable.
International Conference on Renewable Energies and Smart Technologies (REST) is technically sponsored by IEEE. The proceedings will be submitted for inclusion in Web of Science (WoS), Scopus, Ei Compendex, DBLP, Google Scholar, and many others databases.
