PIC-2024 follows the successful PIC-2010, PIC-2014, PIC-2015, PIC-2016, PIC-2017,PIC-2018,PIC-2020 , PIC-2021 (all of the previous events were sponsored by IEEE Beijing Section), and provides a forum for researchers and practitioners in academia and industry to discuss the progress, challenges, experiences and trends of the theoretical, technical and application issues in computer science, artificial intelligence, big data computing, software technology, to exchange ideas, share knowledge and promote future cooperation. Submissions involving new progress are emphasized. The topics of interest will include, but not limited to: Artificial intelligence, machine learning, knowledge engineering, service computing, natural language processing, multimedia systems, computer aided technology, software engineering, human-computer interaction, database and applied informatics.
