It is sponsored by IEEE and IEEE Chengdu Section; organized by School of Software Engineering of Chengdu University of Information Technology; co-organized by Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Kunming University of Science and Technology, Chengdu University, Yibin University, and Civil Aviation Flight University of China.

DSIS 2025 Conference Proceedings will be published by IEEE, which will be archived in IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus and CPCI (ISTP).
