ICGDA2026 is Co-sponsored by Ecole Centrale de Marseille, Aix Marseille University, France, and Palacky University, Czech Republic. The theme for the conference is “Geoinformatics and Data Analysis“. On behalf of the organizing committee, we are pleased to announce that the 2026 9th International Conference on Geoinformatics and Data Analysis (ICGDA 2026) will be held from April 13 to 15, 2026 in Lyon, France. The First two ICGDA conferences were held in Prague, Czech Republic successfully and ICGDA2020-2022 conferences were held as online form because of COVID-19 and travel restrictions. ICGDA 2023 was held as a hybrid conference after COVID-19 and the physical conference was taken place in Faculté de Saint Jérôme, Aix Marseille Université. ICGDA2024 was held in Paris and ICGDA2025 was held in Nice in person successively.

After a careful peer review process, all registered and presented papers will be published as a volume of Springer Book Series: Lecture Notes Data Engineering and Communications Technologies. The book series is abstracted and indexed by SCOPUS, INSPEC, EI Compendex, etc. All books published in the series are submitted for consideration in Web of Science.
