SESG 2026 aims to serve as a global platform for advancing smart energy and smart grid innovations. It will foster collaboration among researchers, engineers, and experts to address technical challenges in renewable energy integration and grid intelligence, building a key knowledge-exchange hub. Its scope covers core smart energy areas: energy storage, photovoltaic systems and grid connection, energy IoT, renewable energy technologies, and EV-V2G. In smart grids, the focus includes intelligent sensors, distributed energy integration, substation automation, wide-area protection, smart distribution, microgrids, and grid stability control. By bringing together top scholars and engineers worldwide to share and discuss the latest research findings in smart energy and smart grids from the past year, SESG 2026 will facilitate research showcases and networking, thereby bridging academia and industry to accelerate the development of reliable and efficient smart energy-grid solutions.
