30th International Symposium on VLSI Design and Test (VDAT)

VDAT 2026 deals with advanced research in VLSI, semiconductor devices, and intelligent hardware systems, with a focus on integrating from device to system level. The scope includes digital, analog, and mixed-signal circuit design and optimization, low-power and high-performance architectures, and heterogeneous SoC platforms. It also includes new device technologies such as FinFET, GAA, 2D materials, spintronics, and neuromorphic systems, along with device modeling and reliability analysis. The conference also includes innovations in EDA, CAD, and AI/ML-based design automation, such as design space exploration, physical design, and formal verification, along with new hardware accelerators for AI/ML, edge intelligence, in-memory computing, and efficient architectures for large-scale models, and new and advanced packaging technologies such as 2.5D/3D IC, chiplets, and system-in-package, with a focus on thermal and power integrity.
