BioSMART is defined by three main objectives. The first objective is to communicate and promote advanced research in Bio-Engineering applications, including Biomedical Engineering, Biometrics, Bionics, and related fields. The second objective focuses on fostering multidisciplinary techniques, methodologies, and approaches, as well as collaborative projects that integrate multiple Bio-Engineering topics. Lastly, the third objective aims to highlight applications that bridge Bio-Engineering and Smart Technologies (e.g., smart clothing, wearable technologies, connected health), ranging from signal and image processing methodologies to smart consumer electronics. BioSMART will serve as the ideal platform and opportunity for researchers from various Bio-Engineering disciplines to meet, exchange ideas, and collaborate on outstanding and innovative projects for the future.

6th International Conference on Bio-engineering for Smart Technologies (BioSMART) is technically sponsored by IEEE. The proceedings  of this event are likely to be listed in  prestigious databases such as Scopus, Web of Science (WoS), Ei Compendex, DBLP, Google Scholar, and many others.
