With this awareness and determination, we have already begun preparations for the 9th International Food Safety Congress. Held under the slogan “Access to Safe Food: Everyone’s Right, Everyone’s Responsibility,” the 9th Congress will particularly encourage the sharing of good practice examples, field experiences, and innovative solutions, in addition to knowledge exchange. The 9th International Food Safety Congress, which will bring together all stakeholders who play a key role in the field of food safety, will be held on November 5–6, 2026, at the Grand Cevahir Hotel and Convention Center.
