IEEE HealthCom goal is to gather in New York, all the worldwide interested cohorts (universities, research centers, industries and stakeholders) working in the healthcare field. It should be the meeting point to exchange opinions, discuss brand-new ideas, developing innovative and emerging solutions, and establishing new collaborations. IEEE Healthcom will gather together experts from around the world to discuss the latest advancements in the healthcare field by showcasing the innovative and efficient solutions being developed within the scientific and industrial community. The conference will illustrate practical aspects of eHealth solutions through experimental results and by hosting several workshops targeting key technology for assisted medical care and treatments. Also, IEEE HealthCom will be the venue to further discuss and stablish future research directions, by defining the critical problems and challenges that should be addressed in the eHealth.
