Immunology Interest Group – annual retreat 2024

One important activity of the NIH/FDA Immunology Interest Group is our annual retreat. Immunologists from the entire NIH and FDA communities are welcome. Principal Investigators, staff scientists, and trainees from many institutes and centers participate each year. In addition, editors from scientific journals are invited to attend. The IIG workshop is always over-subscribed, thus, trainees who submit an abstract are given priority. Most of the oral and poster presentations are given by trainees and thus serve as an important training opportunity. This event is a vital part of the immunology community here and provides an organized forum allowing immunologists from distinct intramural institutes to meet, share scientific expertise, and establish collaborations. For this reason, our retreat will require in-person attendance this year (no hybrid format)
