ICME 2025, under the theme of “Entrepreneurial Bricolage: Steering Volatile Markets through Improvised Strategies and Innovative Thinking” is to create a forum for academics, researchers, and practitioners across the globe to debate and share their knowledge on business institutes, particularly related to the ongoing global recession and their impact on the economy and contemporary management practices. This conference aims to provide a platform for knowledge exchange and the development of actionable insights that will not only contribute to academic literature but also have practical implications for businesses and policymakers worldwide. Moreover, the conference will contribute to academic discourse by fostering dialogue on the role of improvisation in innovation, the interplay between resource constraints and opportunity identification, and the mechanisms through which businesses can steer through crises.
