IST-Africa 2025 is the twentieth in an annual series of Ministerial Level Technology Research and Innovation Conferences hosted by African Governments and Supported by the European Commission and African Union Commission. IST-Africa 2025 is Technical Co-sponsored by IEEE Society on Social Implications of Technology. IST-Africa 2025 will provide a world-class international forum to showcase existing Research, Innovation, technology-enabled Entrepreneurship and ICT4D activities and capacity in Africa, Europe and the rest of the world. The Conference Programme combines technical, policy, case studies and practitioner papers.

IST-Africa Conference (IST-Africa) is technically sponsored by IEEE. The proceedings of the conference will be submitted for inclusion in prestigious databases such as Scopus, Web of Science (WoS), Ei Compendex, DBLP, Google Scholar, and many others.
