The 9th Int’l Conference on Semiconductor Physics and Devices (ICSPD 2025) will be held during December 5-7, 2025 in Sanya, China. This Conference will cover issues on Compound Semiconductors, Emerging Semiconductor Technologies, Ferromagnetism / Magnetic Semiconductors, Organic Semiconductors, Photoelectric and Photovoltaic Devices, Physics of Semiconductors and other related topics. It dedicates to creating a stage for exchanging the latest research results and sharing the advanced research methods.
