It is our privilege to extend a warm welcome to the 24th Computer Science Conference on Innovations for Community Services, under the theme of “Crossing Digital Borders.”

For over twenty years, our conference has united researchers, practitioners, and stakeholders across diverse domains to explore the latest advancements in computer science and their potential to enhance community services. This year, we are thrilled to continue this tradition and delve into the theme of “Crossing Digital Borders,” where we will explore how technology influences the spirit and well-being of our communities.

Our program will include engaging presentations, thought-provoking panel discussions, and interactive workshops, all aimed at delving into the nexus of technology, applications, and community. Topics to be explored encompass community applications, findings in supporting technology, and leveraging data for social betterment. We firmly believe that by nurturing a culture of collaboration and innovation, we can uncover ingenious solutions to the challenges our communities face and work together towards a more interconnected and sustainable future.

As in the previous years, I4CS 2024 will publish their proceedings with Springer in “Communications in Computer and Information Science” (CCIS) series. In addition, the papers will be submitted to indexing libraries, e.g. DBLP, Scopus.
